Four easy steps to access the AI technology of Evercharge
1 | Design phase
A general introduction to the data exchange procedure and type of use of the Evercharge service. Together with your team, we investigate your charger models in operation and sketch a route for the onboarding process, involving the latest learnings from our existing customer base.
2 | Prepare for data exchange
Establishing technical requirements for data exchange. We can especially provide the required flexibility if you like to use charger-specific notifications or connect your leading ticketing system. New requirements are implemented by Evercharge.
3 | Integration tests
Integration of your interfaces and testing of all Evercharge functionalities will be provided and ensured by our experts. The necessary operating data from the charging points is imported in order to display uniform indicators for all of your charger models.
4 | Ready to operate
After successful integration testing by our team, Evercharge is ready for use in your organization. Users can take part in on-site or online training to make the use as effective as possible. During this training, your users can also set up and customize their dashboard.
